Book Ball Rules & Attire
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following:
- No real weapons permitted. Any real weaponry must remain in your vehicle.
- Costume props must be non-functional and non-threatening (lightweight, non-metal materials only).
- Bags may not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Larger bags may be subject to search or asked to be returned to your vehicle.
The event has no assigned seating or storage areas, and Friends of the Knox County Public Library is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Attire: Guests are encouraged to wear book character or formal attire. From full cosplay to subtly inspired looks, all interpretations are welcome. Guests with wings or large costume elements should be mindful of space.
